Bajil disrict team was crowned champions of the Martyr Leader School Football Championship for the primary stage category, held in Hodeida.
The event, organized by the educational sector with support from the United Yemeni Food Industry Company "Nana," saw 13 districts competing over two weeks.
Bajil district clinched the title with a dominant 3-0 victory over al-Hawak district in the final match. ''
Following the match, local officials, including Undersecretary of the province Mohammed Halisi and educational sector official Omar Bahr, presented the championship cup and gold medals to Bajil’s team, while al-Hawak received the second-place cup and silver medals.
Zabid and al-Marawea’a teams were honored with the Ideal Team Cup, while individual awards went to Yaqoub Saeed from al-Jarahi for Best Goalkeeper and Basem Ayash from al-Zaidia as Best Player.
