The Palestinian General Authority for Civil Affairs late on Friday said three Palestinian civilians were martyred by Israeli enemy fire in Nour Shams camp east of Tulkarm on Wednesday.
The Authority added in a statement that it had informed the Palestinian Ministry of Health of the martyrdom of the young men: Jihad Mahmoud Hassan Masharqa (40 years old), and Muhammad Ghassan Abu Abed, both from Nour Shams camp, and Khaled Mustafa Sharif Amer (23 years old) from the town of Allar north of Tulkarm, by enemy fire in Nour Shams camp the day before yesterday, Wednesday, and the detention of their bodies.
With the martyrdom of the three young Palestinians, the number of martyrs in Tulkarm during the ongoing aggression on the city and its two camps: Tulkarm and Nour Shams, has risen to 11 martyrs, including two women, one of whom is eight months pregnant, and a child (7 years old) from the town of Kafr al-Labad.
The Zionist enemy forces began a comprehensive aggression in the northern West Bank governorates since January 21, targeting the city of Jenin and its camp and the surrounding villages and towns, before expanding to the city of Tulkarm and its two camps, and then to the town of Tamoun and the Fare'a camp in Tubas Governorate. The aggression on Jenin, Tulkarm and their camps is still ongoing.
In parallel with the war of genocide that it launched on the Gaza Strip since October 7, 2023, the Zionist enemy and Zionist settlers escalated their attacks in the West Bank, including East Jerusalem, resulting in the martyrdom of 916 citizens, including 183 children, and the injury of about seven thousand others.
Since the beginning of this year 2025, 81 Palestinian citizens have been martyred, including 11 children, according to data issued by the Palestinian Ministry of Health.
