The office of the General Authority for Zakat in Jahanah District, Sana'a Governorate, launched today the disbursement of in-kind zakat for various grains to the targeted beneficiaries in the district.
During the inauguration, in the presence of the director of the district, Saleh Muid, the director of the Zakat Office in the district, Ismail Al-Bashari, explained that the number of beneficiaries of in-kind zakat is 727 families from the eligible categories, with a quantity of 727 cups of white and yellow corn, sorghum, barley and wheat.
He stressed that the Authority's offices in the governorate and the district are seeking to reach the largest possible number of those entitled to zakat.. calling on everyone to spread awareness and care about paying zakat on time so that it reaches its beneficiaries in the district, according to the legitimate banks.
