Launching e-collection system at Cleanliness & Improvement Fund in Amran

The Secretary General of the Local Council in Amran Province, Saleh Al-Makhlous, inaugurated onTuesday at the Cleanliness and Improvement Fund in cooperation with the Executive Unit for Information and Systems in the Ministry of Finance, the electronic revenue collection system linked to the comprehensive unified accounting system of the Cleanliness Fund in the province.

At the inauguration, Al-Makhlous, Deputy Governor Hassan Al-Ashqas and Director of Finance Adel Kaiba pointed out the importance of this step in helping to control , develop revenues and get rid of manual collection slips.

They emphasized that the interest in automation comes in light of the direction of the revolutionary and political leadership to get rid of red tape and use electronic systems instead of the old mechanisms that give negative stereotypes.

The Executive Director of the Cleanliness and Improvement Fund in the province, Abbas Al-Mutawakel, emphasized the importance of electronic collection in saving time and effort and facilitating access to daily and monthly financial reports.

For his part, the head and members of the technical committee assigned by the Ministry of Finance explained that the launch of e-collection in the Cleanliness Fund in Amran province comes as a complement to the project to deploy the unified accounting system, which includes the computerization of all financial operations of the funds from "revenues, expenditures, purchases, stores and assets, as well as the electronic collection system for revenues."

After that, the technical committee reviewed the mechanism of using the e-collection system according to the user guide for collection and the requirements for e-collection to pay financial obligations.
