In coordination with the national center for capacity building, the ministry of education and scientific research on Saturday inaugurated the first stage of 'Lessons from Imam Ali era' lectures for Abdul-Malik al-Houthi.
At the inauguration, education minister, Hassan al-Sa'adi, insisted on the importance of the convention as a document that delivered duties, responsibilities, controls and standards to manage the Uma affairs.
