The Supreme Judicial Council held its weekly meeting on Monday, chaired by Judge Dr. Abdulmumin Shuja' al-Din, Chairman of the Council.
During the meeting, the Council discussed the plans of the Supreme Court and the Ministry of Justice and Human Rights for the year 1446 AH (2025 AD).
These plans outline general objectives, projects, and activities aimed at enhancing the operations of the Supreme Court and the Ministry in response to the needs of the upcoming period.
The focus is on improving judicial and administrative processes, expediting case resolutions, and ensuring that goals are met in alignment with the approved plans.
Following extensive discussions, the Council approved both plans. It also reviewed several grievances submitted by judiciary members and made appropriate decisions regarding these issues.
The Council addressed grievances referred by the Office of the Presidency of the Republic concerning the reconsideration of certain judicial rulings, taking necessary actions in accordance with the law.
