SANA'A - SABA: The President of the Supreme Political Council issued on Sunday decree No. (23) for the year 1446 AH, appointing Judge Dr. Essam al-Samawi as the Chairman of the Grievances Lifting Authority at the Office of the Presidency of the Republic.
