Taiz - Saba: Today, the As-Silw Agricultural Multipurpose Cooperative Society in Taiz Governorate convened a meeting to elect its new administrative body and to review the supervisory and financial report, in collaboration with the Office of Social Affairs and Labor.
During the meeting, Abdul Wasa Al-Shamsi, the Undersecretary for Development and Services Affairs of the Governorate, emphasized the need to engage the association actively in executing social and economic projects to propel the development sector forward in the directorate.
He emphasized the need for unity, coordination, and teamwork to ensure the success of cooperative development initiatives. He noted that such change is part of the comprehensive program led by senior leadership for sustainable development and aligns with the governorate's strategy to form and bolster associations, empowering them to fulfill their role in advancing the agricultural sector.
