SANA'A - SABA :
The Republican decree of the President of the Supreme Political Council No. (21) of 1446 AH was issued on Saturday to appoint the following judges to the Supreme Judicial Council.
1- Judge Dr. Abdul Momen Abdul Qadir Ali Shujaa al-Din, Supreme Judicial Council President.
2- Judge Abdul Samad Yahya Muhammad Al-Mutawakel as the Supreme Court President .
3- Judge Abdul Salam Hassan Hussein Zaid Al-Houthi as a public prosecutor.
4- Judge Marwan Muhammad Ali Al-Mahakri, head of the Judicial Inspectorate.
5- Judge / Hashim Ahmed Abdullah Aqabat, the Supreme Judicial Council Secretary-General .
6- Judge / Alawi Sahl Ibrahim Aqeel is a Supreme Judicial Council member.
7- Judge / Ahmed Abdullah Ahmed Al-Ezzani is a Supreme Judicial Council member.
8- Judge Abdulwahab Yahya Yahya Abdullah Al-Mahbashi is a Supreme Judicial Council member .
