For first time. Hezbollah puts Neot Mordechai on its fire schedule in response to Kabrekha attack
[04/ September/2024]
BEIRUT September 04. 2024 (Saba) - The Lebanese organization Hezbollah announced that it had targeted a new Israeli settlement called "Neot Mordechai" with Katyusha rockets for the first time. This action was in response to Israeli attacks on southern Lebanese villages, particularly the towns of Markaba, Talousa, Qantara, and Qabrikha, which resulted in the death of one civilian and injuries to two others.

The Lebanese resistance forces used Katyusha rockets to attack the artillery positions of the Zionist enemy in "Zaoura," as well as enemy positions in "Al-Marj," "Al-Samaqa," and "Ruwaisat Al-Alam" with rocket weapons. In addition, the "Hanita" site was targeted with artillery shells, resulting in direct hits.

"The Islamic resistance in Lebanon is reported to have launched more than 100 rockets from Lebanon towards northern occupied Palestine. The rockets are said to have targeted espionage equipment along the Lebanese-Palestinian border, continuing to challenge the Zionist enemy."

The mayor of Kiryat Shmona confirmed in an interview with Israel's Channel 13 that five new housing units were damaged today in Kiryat Shmona. He expressed his frustration, saying, "This has been the reality in the north for 11 months - four houses destroyed here, five houses destroyed there, and three there. This is how the shooting comes every day without warning."
