GAZA September 01. 2024 (Saba) -The Israeli persists in closing Gaza crossings for 118 days in a row, preventing the wounded and patients from travelling for treatment abroad and denying access to humanitarian aid, leading to spread diseases and looming famine, particularly in the northern part of Gaza Strip.
Despite the relief agencies' warnings and international calls for the crossings to be reopened, in a bid to avoid a famine, the occupier kept on closing the two crossings of Rafah and Karm Abu Salem, Palestine Today said on Sunday.
The World Food Programme warned that 2 million Palestinians are suffering from food insecurity in Gaza Strip, where Israel is raging a devastating war and assistance deliveries have been direly cut.
