OCCUPIED QUDS August 30. 2024 (Saba) - On Friday evening, Zionist settlers set fire to areas of agricultural lands in Barqa village, east Ramallah, in the occupied West Bank.
Local sources reported that a group of settlers from the "Oz Zion" settlement outpost stormed the northwestern outskirts of the village, and set fire to agricultural lands near citizens' houses.
The sources indicated that the enemy prevented the arrival of firefighting crews and citizens to the fire site, which threatens to spread to dozens of dunums.
Barqa is witnessing a noticeable escalation in settler attacks and assaults, which resulted in significant losses to property and agricultural lands.
