GENEVA August 30. 2024 (Saba) - The Commissioner of the United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees (UNRWA), Philippe Lazzarini, said on Friday that Israel has killed more than 150 Palestinian children in the occupied West Bank, since the start of the war on the Gaza Strip.
Lazzarini added, via the "X" platform, that "the figures of the United Nations Children's Fund (UNICEF) confirm that at least 150 children have been killed in the West Bank since October 7."
He stated that the agency suspended its services in several West Bank camps, due to Israeli military operations.
He stressed that the Israeli operation affects tens of thousands of people in four refugee camps in the northern West Bank.
