SANA'A August 29. 2024 (Saba) - The Supreme Judicial Council mourns Judge Hamid Ali Ahmed Al-Harazi, President of the Salafist Court of First Instance in Raymah Governorate, who was martyred while performing his national duty to establish justice among citizens.
In a statement, the Council strongly condemned this treacherous crime against one of the judges, praising the remarkable role of Judge Al-Harazi in performing his judicial duty efficiently and competently.
He directed the concerned authorities to quickly investigate this crime, uncover its circumstances, and refer those who committed it to the judiciary to receive its deterrent punishment and be an example to anyone who assaults or offends the judiciary and harms the reputation and prestige of the judiciary.
The statement expressed sincere condolences and sympathy to the martyr's sons, brothers, family members and fellow members of the judiciary.
