
SANA'A August 29. 2024 (Saba) - Four thousand and 59 health cadres with bachelor's and diploma degrees took the third proficiency exam 2024, on Thursday, to obtain licenses to practice the profession, which is organized by the Medical Council at September 21 University for Medical and Applied Sciences.
The head of the Medical Council, Dr. Mujahid Ali Maasar, explained to the Yemeni News Agency, Saba, that the number of applicants for the proficiency tests with bachelor's degrees reached one thousand and 494 applicants, distributed as follows: 501 applicants in the specialty of general medicine, 303 in pharmacy, 107 in nursing, 213 in dentistry, 175 in laboratories, 30 in clinical pharmacy, 37 in nutrition, 22 in midwifery, 48 applicants in anesthesia technician, 22 in radiology technicians, and 13 in physiotherapy.
