GAZA August 28. 2024 (Saba) - The Zionist enemy continued its bombing of several areas in the Gaza Strip at dawn on Wednesday, which led to the martyrdom and wounding of a number of Palestinian citizens.
Good sources reported, according to the Palestinian Wafa Agency, that 17 citizens were martyred and a number of others were wounded as a result of the occupation's bombing of the Strip.
In Khan Yunis city, five citizens were martyred and others were wounded as a result of the occupation's bombing of a house belonging to the Abdul Rahman family in the Batn al-Sameen area, and the occupation's aircraft launched air strikes targeting the surroundings of the station area and the Qizan al-Najjar area south of the city.
In Jabalia camp, four citizens were martyred and others were wounded as a result of the occupation's bombing of a house of the Ziada family on al-Terns Street in the center of the camp.
Three citizens were also martyred and others were wounded as a result of an occupation raid targeting a vehicle in the al-Zawaida area in the central Gaza Strip.
Two citizens were killed and seven others were injured in an occupation raid on a house belonging to the Zion family in the Al-Rimal neighborhood, west of Gaza City. A journalist and his sister were also killed in an occupation raid that targeted an apartment belonging to the Abu Dalal family in the market of the Al-Nuseirat camp in the central Gaza Strip.
The occupation artillery shelled and its warplanes launched raids on the neighborhoods of Al-Zeitoun, Tal Al-Hawa, Sheikh Ajleen and Al-Sabra in Gaza City, while the homes of citizens east of Al-Maghazi camp and east of Deir Al-Balah city in the central Gaza Strip were subjected to artillery shelling.
The occupation warplanes raided the Tal Al-Sultan neighborhood, west of Rafah city, south of the Gaza Strip.
The occupation forces have continued their aggression on the Gaza Strip, by land, sea and air, since October 7, 2023, which has resulted in the martyrdom of 40,476 citizens and the injury of 93,647 others, while thousands of victims are still under the rubble and on the roads, and ambulance and rescue crews cannot reach them.
