
SANA'A August 27. 2024 (Saba) - Minister of Information Hashem Ahmed Sharaf Al-Din reviewed workflow at the Yemeni News Agency (Saba) and its general press, technical and administrative departments.
During his meeting with the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Agency - Editor-in-Chief, Nasr Al-Din Amer, the Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors - Deputy Editor-in-Chief, Muhammad Abdul Quddus Al-Shari'i, and the Financial and Commercial Deputy, Hamoud Al-Hashf, Minister Sharaf Al-Din listened to a detailed explanation of the work of the agency and its tasks during the current stage in performing the media message opposing the American, British, Zionist and Saudi aggression.
The meeting reviewed the windows of the news agency's website and the efforts to develop and modernize it and the level of daily news production by workers in the General Administration of Local News, delegates and the agency's offices in the governorates and its translation into the five languages, especially with regard to covering the activities of the state leadership and government.
The discussion addressed the efforts of the various press departments and the extent of continuous news coverage of the crimes being committed in Gaza by the Zionist entity, which are shameful to humanity, and the honorable Yemeni role in supporting the Palestinian people and their resistance.
