HAJJAH August 26. 2024 (Saba) - Two people died and three others were injured on Monday in Hajjah Province due to thunderbolts and the collapse of houses due to heavy rains.
The head of the emergency operations room in the Province, Dr. Abdulrahman Al-Malhani, explained to the Yemeni News Agency (Saba) that citizen Hassan Mohammed Sagheer Haddad died and Badr Hassan Mohammed Muzayea was injured in Aslam District due to thunderbolt.
He added that Aisha Nasser Ali Sana'a died due to the collapse of her house in Al-Jumaymah District, while a woman and a child were injured due to the collapse of two houses in the Sa'sa'ah area in the province center, as well as the injury of a citizen in Aflah Al-Yaman District due to the collapse of a house due to heavy rains.
