
HAJJAH August 25. 2024 (Saba) - The branches of the Land Transport Regulatory Authority and the Geological Survey and Mineral Resources Authority in Hajjah organized on Sunday a cultural event to mark the anniversary of the Prophet Muhammad’s birth, peace be upon him.
The event, attended by province undersecretary Mohammed al-Qadhi and local officials including Saleh al-Jadra and Mohammed al-Qudami, emphasized the significance of celebrating the Prophet’s birth as a time to reflect on his guidance and teachings.
Al-Qudami expressed pride in the Yemeni people’s adherence to the Prophet’s example and their commitment to his teachings under the leadership of Sayyed Abdulmalik Badr Al-Din.
He highlighted the Prophet's role as a guide and leader, stressing that the celebration serves as an opportunity to reinforce values of courage, justice, and steadfastness against forces of misguidance.
Judge Abdulmajeed Sharaf al-Din of the Yemeni Scholars Association also spoke, noting the historical connection between Yemen and the Prophet Muhammad, peace be upon him, including Yemen’s support for the Prophet during his migration to Medina.
He praised the Yemeni people’s continued support for al-Aqsa and their commitment to defending the oppressed in Gaza, affirming their dedication to Islamic principles and the leadership of Sayyed Abdulmalik Badr al-Din in resisting enemies of Islam.
