
SANA'A August 19. 2024 (Saba) – A strategic meeting was held on Monday at the Ministry of Oil and Minerals in the capital Sana'a, chaired by Minister Dr. Abdullah al-Amir.

Minister al-Amir emphasized the need for unified efforts and teamwork to address these challenges, particularly given the ongoing conflict and blockade affecting the country.
Al-Amir underscored the importance of improving operational efficiency, adhering to work schedules, and expediting service delivery to alleviate citizen suffering.
He also stressed the need for enhancing staff qualifications as a critical factor for advancing the oil sector, which plays a vital role in Yemen’s economy.
Deputy Minister Yasser al-Wahidi highlighted the necessity of collective action and prioritizing key areas to support the government’s change and construction programs.
Al-Wahidi called for focused efforts to drive the sector’s development and align with broader governmental objectives.
