
DHAMAR August 18. 2024 (Saba) - The admission tests for the Higher Institute of Health Sciences in Dhamar province have officially started, as announced by Province Undersecretary Mahmoud al-Jubain.
The tests cover departments including nursing, midwifery, laboratories, and pharmacy.
Accompanied by First Undersecretary Salem al-Junaidi of Shabwa province, al-Jubain emphasized the institute’s critical role in supplying the health sector with skilled professionals.
Al-Junaidi stressed the need to advance the institute’s capabilities to meet modern healthcare demands.
Dr. Hamoud al-Mawshaki, the institute's director, revealed that 520 candidates are competing for 230 available spots.
Al-Mawshaki highlighted ongoing efforts to improve the educational process and produce graduates who can effectively support the health sector's needs.
