SANA'A August 18. 2024 (Saba) – A handover ceremony took place on Sunday at the Ministry of Civil Service and Administrative Development, marking the transition from outgoing Minister Salim al-Mughales to incoming Minister Dr. Khaled al-Hawali.
During the ceremony, Dr. Al-Hawali acknowledged the significant contributions of Minister al-Mughles, highlighting the improvements made in the administrative and service sectors despite the challenging conditions of aggression and siege.
Minister al-Maghales, in turn, congratulated Dr. al-Hawali on his new role, expressing confidence in his ability to build upon the progress made during his tenure.
