BEIRUT August 17. 2024 (Saba) - The Islamic Resistance in Lebanon on Saturday targeted the colony of Ayelet Hashahar for the first time with volleys of Katyusha rockets.
In a statement, Islamic Resistance said: the attack comes in support of our steadfast Palestinian people in Gaza Strip and their brave and honorable resistance, and in response to Israeli enemy's attacks on steadfast southern villages and safe houses, especially in Al-Kafour town, which left martyrs and wounded civilians of Syrian nationality.
The Islamic Resistance added to its fire schedule Ayelet Hashahar and bombed the colony for the first time with volleys of Katyusha rockets.
In another statement, the Resistance said the mujahedeen, at 11:15 a.m. on Saturday, targeted a position of enemy soldiers at the Al-Marj site with two assault drones, hit it directly and caused a number of deaths and injuries among them.
