BEIRUT August 16. 2024 (Saba) - Lebanon's Hezbollah on Friday announced a new military facility called 'Imad 4,' which contains huge tunnels equipped with rocket launchers and large military equipment.
Hezbollah's military media, via its Telegram channel, showed a short video showing details of the facility from the inside, where there are missile launchers and underground tunnels used to store and equip military equipment.
What draws attention in the video is the size of the facility and the vastness of underground tunnels, where rocket launchers move freely inside them, and party members can also be seen moving inside the tunnels using motorcycles.
The military media indicated that this facility is completely fortified and far from Israeli reconnaissance capabilities, and provides great protection against any hostile targets.
The video also included a previous statement by the Secretary-General of Hezbollah, Hassan Nasrallah, in which he confirmed that the resistance’s missiles are capable of covering the entire Palestinian territories, from “Kiryat Shmona” in the north to “Eilat” in the south.
The video showed a picture of Imad Mughniyeh, the former military commander in Hezbollah who was assassinated in Syria in 2005, in addition to a picture of his successor, Fouad Shukr, who was assassinated by the Zionist entity in Beirut on July 30 last year.
