GAZA August 16. 2024 (Saba) - Hamas leader Hussam Badran confirmed last night that any negotiations on a prisoner exchange deal must achieve a comprehensive ceasefire, a complete withdrawal from the Gaza Strip, the return of the displaced, and reconstruction.
Badran said in a press statement: "We view the ongoing negotiations in Doha from a strategic perspective aimed at ending the aggression on Gaza."
