GAZA August 14.2024 (Saba) - Lina Sheikh Khalil (4) was martyred on Wednesday as a result of malnutrition and lack of treatment in light of the continuation of Zionist war of genocide against Gaza Strip and closure of the crossings.
According Palestine media, medical sources said the famine in northern Gaza has reached fatal levels, especially for children, pregnant women, and chronic patients.
Earlier, the government media office in Gaza confirmed that 3,500 children under the age of five are facing certain death as a result of malnutrition and the starvation policy launched by Israeli occupation army against the residents of Gaza Strip, especially Gaza and northern governorates.
The government media explained that the occupation government is deliberately exacerbating the humanitarian and food situation as part of the genocidal war it has been waging against civilians in Gaza, since the start of war on seventh of last October.
In turn, Palestinian Red Crescent confirmed that humanitarian conditions in northern Gaza Strip are catastrophic, in light of the hunger that besieges more than half a million Palestinians, and “Israeli” occupation army continues to prevent international organizations from delivering the required quantities of food and medicine to the residents of northern Gaza Strip.
It is noteworthy that toll of "Israeli" aggression has risen to 39,965 martyrs and 92,294 injuries since the seventh of last October, according to the Ministry of Health in Gaza Strip.
