OCCUPIED QUDS August 13. 2024 (Saba) - The preacher of Al-Aqsa Mosque, Sheikh Ikrima Sabri, confirmed on Tuesday, that the Zionist enemy government is seeking with all its capabilities to divide the blessed mosque in terms of time and space, by intensifying settlers' incursions into the mosque's courtyards and preventing Palestinian worshipers from entering it at the same time.
The Palestinian Information Center quoted Sheikh Sabri, who was issued a Zionist decision to ban him from Al-Aqsa Mosque a few days ago, as saying: The storming of more than 2,000 settlers, led by the extremist ministers Ben Gvir and Goldknopf, under the protection of the occupation forces, to commemorate the so-called "destruction of the Temple", is an attack on the holy sites and "crosses all red lines."
He explained that the Zionist enemy and the settlers are exploiting the "Jewish holidays" to impose a new reality in Al-Aqsa Mosque.
He added: The enemy government is seeking with all its capabilities to divide the blessed mosque temporally and spatially, by preventing Palestinian worshipers from entering Al-Aqsa, while facilitating the entry of settlers into the mosque.
The preacher of Al-Aqsa Mosque indicated that the Zionist enemy is exploiting the war of extermination on the Gaza Strip, in order to resolve the battle in the blessed Al-Aqsa Mosque in favor of the extremist Temple groups.
He stressed that the settlers' storming and the enemy's violations will not impose a fait accompli in Al-Aqsa Mosque, and the people of Jerusalem will continue to defend it and adhere to their historical and religious right to it.
