TEHRAN August 13. 2024 (Saba) -The Zionist entity is not an independent political regime, but rather a cancerous tumor and extension of America and West policies in the region, the Iranian acting foreign minister said on Tuesday.
The regional and global peoples in the last 8 decades saw "a great deal of vicious moves and crimes committed by the Zionist entity inside the occupied territories of Palestine, where the Palestinian people suffered the most heinous crimes and violations," Ali Bagheri Kani added in remarks to mourning services for Martyr Haniyah in Tehran, carried by IRNA.
"All over all these years, the Palestinian people struggled and sacrificed everything they possessed to confront the Zionist occupation, amid silence from the West that falsely claims to defend human rights and [in reality] defends the crimes of this arrogant entity," he said, noting that the West sees protection of the Zionist entity as a basic principle on which all their policies are based.
This unlimited support gave the Zionist entity the green light to persist in its crimes against the Palestinian people, exempting neither the civilians nor the displaced, Bagheri added, citing the bombing that targeted Tabeen and other schools with advanced weapons.
