SANA'A August 11. 2024 (Saba) – The Parliment on Sunday renewed its strong condemnation of the international community's silence over the ongoing crisis in Palestine.
The Parliment criticized Arab regimes, particularly those normalizing relations with the Nazi enemy, for their failure to address the extensive suffering and high death toll among Palestinians, including over 40,000 martyrs, mostly children and women.
In a statement, the Parliment appealed to global conscience, urging swift action to end the aggression and blockade against the Palestinian people.
The statement questioned the effectiveness of international bodies such as the UN and the Security Council, highlighting their failure to enforce resolutions and address the Zionist occupation’s actions.
It denounced the U.S. support for Israel, accusing the American administration of complicity in the violence through its military aid and political support.
The partliemnt's statement called on the international community to hold accountable those responsible for the crisis and to take immediate steps to prevent further atrocities against Palestianis people.
