
HODEIDA August 10. 2024 (Saba) - The first training program in rescue, firefighting, ambulance, and disaster response on Saturday concluded in Hodeida province, involving 158 participants from the Development Knights and Community Police.
Organized by local authorities and the Civil Defense Authority, the program aimed to enhance readiness for disaster response, particularly in light of recent flood damage in the region.
Key officials, including Deputy Prime Minister Dr. Hussein Maqbouli, emphasized the importance of the training for effective fieldwork and flood disaster preparedness.
The program included two batches of trainees, providing them with essential skills for emergency situations.
