SANA'A August 8. 2024 (Saba) - The Yemeni Organization for Standardization, Metrology, and Quality Control issued a guide to good manufacturing practices in Yemeni honey packaging and production plants.
The Executive Director of the Authority, Sam Al-Bashiri, explained to Saba that the guide aims to spread the awareness message among producers and marketers of honey and all its products, raise awareness among producers and consumers, and follow and support sound practices and activities in the marketing and trading of honey.
He pointed out that the authority has prepared a guide on good factory manufacturing practices for producing, packaging, circulation, and exporting Yemeni honey.
