SANA'A August 08. 2024 (Saba) - The Minister of Foreign Affairs, Engineer Hisham Sharaf Abdullah, sent on Tuesday a cable of congratulations to the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Singapore, Dr. Vivian Balakrishnan.

Sharaf congrats Balakrishnan on the occasion of his country's celebration of the National Day.
