TOKYO August 06. 2024 (Saba) - Japanese stock indices on Tuesday rose in the morning trading session on the Tokyo Stock Exchange.
Japanese media reported that the benchmark Nikkei 225-stock index was 2,957.90 points, or 9.40 percent, at 34,416.32.
The broader Topix index added 207.06 points, or 9.30 percent, to 2,434.21.
