MOSCOW August 06. 2024 (Saba) -Kaspersky Lab has discovered malicious software targeting some android-operated devices in Russia.
Kaspersky Lab specialists discovered Trojan (called LianSpy) software used to spy some android devices' owners in Russia, the company said in a statement.
These software existed for years and still pose risks for users, the company added, as the attackers always camouflage their course, so they were difficult to discover.
LianSpy software disguise as operating-system and financial services applications, and collect data on lists of contacts, calls and applications installed in a device, the statement read.
