OCCUPIED QUDS August 06. 2024 (Saba) -The Israeli finance minister late on Monday alluded the theft of 26 million dollars of Palestinian tax funds, claiming that they were used in attacks against his entity.
Bezalel Smotrich ordered the seizure of 100 million shekels of cleaning funds due to the Palestinian Authority, the Zionist Channel 12 said.
This is the fifth time the minister orders seizure of Palestinian funds, the TV added.
While they have not immediately commented on the step, the Palestinian Authority often labels such seizures as illegal.
