SANA'A August 06. 2024 (Saba) - Shura Council General Secretariat , in cooperation with the General Telecommunications Corporation, organized on Tuesday a training workshop on information security awareness, in the presence of the Vice President of the Council, Dhaif Allah Rassam, and the Secretary-General of the Council, Ali Abdul-Mughni.
The workshop, which falls within the framework of the Council's training activities for the year 1446 AH, aimed to provide 65 participants from the Council's members with practical and technical methods to avoid the risks of cybercrimes and protect information.
The workshop, which was moderated by the Director of Information Security at the General Telecommunications Corporation, Eng. Tariq Rasea, addressed general cybersecurity topics, best practices for protecting information security, and the mechanism for dealing with the event of a cyberattack on entities and individuals.
