Dr. Mughli stated that the disbursement process included university dues amounting to 21 million and 710 thousand Y.R.

He explained that the Fund's management is keen to send financial aid in the names of students according to their database, which is updated annually; to ensure that educational aid reaches them personally away from repetition and duplication, or tampering with their dues.

He pointed out that transferring educational aid to students with disabilities is a legal and ethical obligation of the Fund's management; to enable them to continue their education.

The Fund's Executive Director pointed out that transferring financial aid to students with disabilities in areas outside the authority of the Supreme Political Council is done in foreign currency to ensure that their dues are received in full without being affected by the collapse of the illegal currency there.

It is noteworthy that the Fund for the Care and Rehabilitation of the Disabled is currently evaluating the educational level of persons with disabilities, with the aim of working to raise and develop this level.
