SANA'A August 03. 2024 (Saba) - The Ministry of Industry and Trade on Saturday organized a large rally to mark the International Day of Rage, showing support for Gaza and solidarity with Palestinian prisoners.
The event was held in response to the assassination of late leader Ismail Haniyeh.
Minister of Industry Mohammed al-Mutahar and Deputy Minister Ahmed al-Shawtari joined the protest, where participants chanted in support of the Battle of al-Aqsa and condemned the Zionist entity's actions against Palestinians in Gaza.
The rally included a declaration of support for the leader of the revolution, Sayyed Abdul-Malik Badr al-Din al-Houthi, authorizing him to take necessary actions against the Israeli, American, and British adversaries.
During the stand, Minister al-Mutahar expressed condolences for the martyrs Ismail Haniyeh and Fouad Shukr, highlighting that their sacrifices will inspire a new phase of confrontation with the Zionist regime.
The Deputy Minister criticized the Zionist enemy for its failure to achieve military victories and for resorting to civilian massacres.
A statement from the rally reiterated full solidarity with Palestinian prisoners and authorized Sayyed Abdul-Malik Badr al-Din al-Houthi to take practical steps against the Zionist entity.
The statement condemned the failure of Arab and Islamic governments to support Gaza and called on global citizens to take action in support of the Palestinian cause, including boycotting companies that support the Zionist entity.
It emphasized Yemen's unwavering support for the Palestinian resistance and condemned any attempts by Zionism, America, and Britain to undermine Yemen's position.
