TAIZ August 02. 2024 (Saba) - The Director of the Contributions Department for Community Initiatives Projects at the Central Intervention Unit, Eng. Zakaria Al-Mahdi, inspected on Friday in Taiz Governorate several community initiatives projects in Haifan District.
Al-Mahdi, along with the representative of the Intervention Unit in Taiz and Lahj governorates, Engineer Badr Al-Din Al-Tayyar, and the Director of Haifan District, Abdul Rahman Al-Ariqi, were briefed on the initiatives supported by the unit within the "Supporting Community Initiatives in the Field of Roads" program.
The people of the Directorate appreciated the efforts and interest of the Intervention Unit in supporting and motivating the district and supporting the success of community initiatives that represent solid foundations for achieving sustainable development and providing services, especially in light of the circumstances that the country is going through, as a result of aggression and siege.
Al-Mahdi stressed that the total projects, which were implemented with the support of the intervention unit, amounted to 12 projects at a total cost of 83 million and 484 thousand riyals.
Many projects that will be approved within the second phase were visited, the needs and requirements necessary for the implementation of the projects were reviewed, and the work required in the initiatives was inspected and identified.
