NEW YORK July 16. 2024 (Saba) - “With every evacuation order, families in Gaza are forced to make impossible decisions,” spokesman for the United Nations said on Monday, as efforts are continuing to support the displaced in Gaza.
A team from the United Nations Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs (OCHA) took measures to support the displaced from northern Gaza to the south, Stephane Dujarric added in daily press conference.
Dujarric condemned targeting of civilians, noting that the attacks carried out in recent days demonstrated once again that "there is no safe place in Gaza."
It is noteworthy that Amnesty International considered that the repeated Zionist evacuation orders in Gaza amounted to "illegal displacement, which is a war crime."
The international organization added, in a series of posts on its account on the “X” platform, that “Palestinian civilians are facing multiple waves of displacement” due to the ongoing 9-month Zionist aggression against the Gaza Strip and repeated “evacuation” orders.
