SA'ADA July 16. 2024 (Saba) - Sa'ada Governor , Muhammad Awad, and the Secretary-General of the Province’s Local Council, Muhammad Al-Imad, inspected on Tuesday work progress in the first phase of the project of paving and asphalting Martyr Abu Saleh Al-Dahwa Street, branching from the oil company’s tour to Qahza Al-Matar Street in Sa'ada province.
The project is implemented by the Executive Unit for Projects at a value of 175 million riyals, with 40% funding from the local authority in the province and 60% from the Road Maintenance Fund.
Governor Awad and Secretary General Al-Imad listened to an explanation from the Province Undersecretary for Works and Roads Affairs, Executive Unit Officer, Engineer Ibrahim Al-Nimri, about the work of the first phase project, which covers an area of one kilometre.
The governor and the Secretary-General urged those in charge of the project to adhere to the technically approved specifications and quantities, stressing the keenness of the province’s leadership to support the efforts of the executive unit and service offices in implementing infrastructure projects that meet citizen's needs and alleviate their suffering.
