OTAU July 15. 2024 (Saba) - The Canadian western city of Vancouver on Monday witnessed demonstrations organized by supporters of the Palestinian cause, in which they demanded an end to the Zionist aggression against the Gaza Strip.
According to what was reported by the Palestinian Wafa News Agency on Monday, participants in the demonstration that took place in the city’s streets raised: Palestinian flags in a scene expressing solidarity and support for the Palestinian people facing the Israeli killing machine.
The participants also raised banners denouncing the aggression against Gaza, and others expressing solidarity with the Palestinian people. Demanding a boycott of large companies whose profits fund the Israeli army.
The participants chanted freedom for Palestine, demanding the opening of the Rafah land crossing, an end to the war of extermination, and the entry of food, relief and medical supplies into the Gaza Strip.
Tamer Abu Ramadan, one of the participants in the demonstration, said that the Israeli occupation army is committing massacres and crimes against children, women and the elderly in the Gaza Strip, and refuses to implement international legitimacy resolutions demanding an end to the aggression against the Strip.
Abu Ramadan denounced the double international standards in dealing with the Israeli aggression against the Gaza Strip and the ongoing war in Ukraine.
