HODEIDA July 12. 2024 (Saba) - The Hodeida Airport administration condemned on Friday the American-British aggression’s launch of three airsteikes on the airport in flagrant violation of international laws.
Hodeida Airport administration confirmed in a statement received by the Yemeni News Agency (Saba) that this targeting contradicts all conventions and treaties that criminalize targeting civilian airports.
It pointed out that the American-British aggression targeted Hodeida International Airport and its facilities with approximately 40 airsteikes, as part of its criminal aggression through which it seeks to discourage Yemen from supporting the Palestinians.
The statement held the aggression countries, America and Britain, fully responsible for targeting the airport , the resulting destruction , damage to its various facilities, and for obstructing airport rehabilitation efforts.
It pointed out that this targeting is an extension of the siege imposed on the Yemeni people for nine years, a bombing continuation and destruction carried out by the American-Saudi aggression of Hodeida Airport, and its facilities.
