SANA'A July 08. 2024 (Saba) - Shabwa Governor Awad al-Awlaki confirmed that the economic escalation campaign adopted by the mercenary government at the behest of the United States is the result of the Yemeni position in support of the Palestinian people.
Governor Al-Awlaki said in a statement to the Yemeni News Agency (Saba) that Yemenis are aware that the American enemy was disturbed by the participation of Yemen and the countries of the axis of resistance in the battle of "Al-Aqsa Flood" to support the Palestinian people and resistance and support their just cause.
"When the American enemy failed militarily, it began to exert pressure on the economic side and tasked Saudi Arabia with taking measures and the economic blockade on the Yemeni people," he said. Yemenis are also aware of the malign goals of economic escalation and attempts to provoke war among Yemenis.
He referred to the speech of Sayyid. Abdul Malik Badr Al-Din Al-Houthi yesterday on the occasion of the new Hijri year, and his speech that the war adopted by America on Yemen is not only in the military aspect, but also in the economic, political and social aspects, as a measure of revenge for Yemen's honorable position with the Palestinian people and supporting their resistance.
He stated that the truth is that the revolutionary, political and military leadership is well aware of the games of the aggression alliance and what the enemy does not realize that the Yemeni people will not respond to the aggression by destroying the country, but will respond to it directly, as they dealt with America, Britain and Israel during the battle of "Gaza support", despite the ability of the Yemeni armed forces to paralyze life in the occupied southern governorates and target ports and airports.
The Governor of Shabwa called on the Yemeni people to realize the wisdom of Sayyid. Abdul Malik Badr Al-Din Al-Houthi and his skill in not allowing the enemy to achieve his desires to ignite war between Yemenis, urging agents and mercenaries to rise above themselves from being tools in the hands of the US-Saudi aggression.
He called on the people of Yemen not to tolerate the sellers of the homeland, stressing his absolute support and support for the steps directed by Sayyid. Abdul Malik Badr Al-Din Al-Houthi in this regard, and at all political, economic and military levels to confront the US-Saudi aggression against our country.
