MARIB July 07. 2024 (Saba) - The local authority in Harib Al-Qaramish District in Marib Province launched today, Sunday, an initiative to survey and build the narrow road linking the district to Al-Tayyal District in Sana’a, 11 kilometers long and four meters wide, with contributions from the Zakat Authority Office, the Bonyan Foundation, the Central Interventions Unit, and the Community Initiatives Office in the province.
At the inauguration, Province Undersecretary Daris Al-Mawadhi stressed the importance of implementing initiatives to deliver services to the people of the beneficiary areas, facilitate their movement, connect them to the capital, Sana’a, and alleviate the suffering of their movement.
For his part, the Director of Harib Al-Qaramish District, Sadiq Haysan, appreciated the role of the contributing parties in supporting the initiative, stressing the necessity of expanding the circle of community initiatives and strengthening the factors of steadfastness in implementation of the directives of the revolution leader , Mr. Abdul-Malik Badr al-Din al-Houthi.
In turn, the Director of the Zakat Authority Office in the Province, Yasser Al-Amir, and the Office of Community Initiatives, Ali Al-Damaji, pointed to the role of society in supporting the state’s efforts in implementing service projects that meet the needs and requirements of the province's people , especially road projects, especially in light of the current stage resulting from the aggression and siege.
