SANA'A July 07. 2024 (Saba) - As the ongoing Zionist genocidal war on the Gaza Strip, backed by the United States and Europe, enters its 271st day in a row. The facts and figures of the enormous human cost of this brutal war are evident to us, as the enemy intensifies its artillery and air bombardment in various areas of the Gaza Strip, leaving tens of thousands of martyrs, wounded and missing.

According to the latest report published by the Government Media Office in Gaza, on Wednesday, for the most important statistics of the genocidal war waged by the Zionist enemy on the Gaza Strip, the Zionist enemy committed during this period 3,359 massacres, leaving about 47,925 martyrs and missing, including more than ten thousand missing, and 37,925 martyrs who arrived at hospitals.

The report shows that 15,919 martyrs were children, of whom 34 were martyred as a result of famine, 10,569 were women, 500 were killed by medical staff, 75 were killed by civil defense, and 153 were journalists.

According to the government office's report, the number of wounded and injured reached 87,141. He stressed that 70% of the victims are children and women, that 17,000 Palestinian children live without their parents or without one of them, and that 3,500 children are at risk of dying due to malnutrition and lack of food.

The report confirms that the enemy set up seven mass graves inside hospitals, where 520 martyrs were recovered from these graves, and 156 shelters were targeted.

The report indicated that 12,000 wounded people need to travel abroad for treatment, 10,000 cancer patients face death and need treatment, and 3,000 patients with various diseases need treatment abroad.

He pointed out that one million and 660 thousand and 492 people with infectious diseases as a result of displacement, and that 71,338 cases of viral hepatitis C infection due to displacement, and 60,000 pregnant women are at risk due to the lack of health care, and 350 thousand chronic patients are at risk due to the prevention of the introduction of medicines.

With regard to detainees, the report stated that five thousand detainees from the Gaza Strip during the genocide war, 310 arrests of health personnel, and 23 arrests of journalists whose names were known. He stressed that there are two million displaced people in the Gaza Strip.

The report stated that the Zionist enemy destroyed during this war 195 government headquarters, 113 schools and universities completely, 323 schools and universities partially, 608 mosques were completely destroyed, 209 mosques partially, and three churches, and the enemy destroyed 150 thousand housing units completely, and 200 thousand housing units partially, and 80 thousand housing units destroyed by the enemy became uninhabitable.

According to the report, the enemy dropped about 80,000 tons of explosives on the Gaza Strip, took 34 hospitals out of service, and took 64 health centers out of service as well, and the Zionist enemy targeted during the war of extermination 161 health institutions, 131 ambulances, and 206 archaeological and heritage sites.

The Palestinian report estimated the initial direct toll of the genocidal war on the Gaza Strip at $33 billion.

In the occupied West Bank, the Palestine Information Center "Ma'ta" said in a report: Three Zionists were killed and (25) enemy soldiers and settlers were wounded in (356) qualitative and popular resistance actions in the West Bank during the month of June.

According to a Ma'ta report, the resistance activities included 32 shooting operations and 41 armed clashes, 22 of which were carried out in Jenin and its camp.

The armed confrontations and clashes in the West Bank, Jerusalem and the occupied interior resulted in the death of (36) Palestinians by the fire of the Zionist enemy and its settlers.

In Gaza, the Zionist enemy admitted the death of more than 674 of its soldiers, including 344 during the ground invasion, and the injury of 12,500 others, in addition to acknowledging the death of more than 1,200 soldiers and settlers on the seventh of last October.

Reports from the battlefield on the southern and northern fronts indicate that the Palestinian resistance destroyed and targeted more than 1,454 military vehicles, including tanks, bulldozers and personnel carriers, which were partially or completely destroyed by the resistance since the beginning of the ground incursion.

The Palestinian resistance also targeted more than 274 concentrations and gatherings of enemy soldiers, more than 318 foot forces, 36 reconnaissance aircraft, 13 military helicopters, in addition to more than 139 attacks on cities, towns and settlements in the occupied interior in 48 years with rocket barrages.

For its part, the Commission to Resist the Wall and Settlements announced in a statement today that the Zionist enemy authorities demolished 318 facilities in the occupied West Bank during the first half of 2024, distributed notices for the demolition of 359 other facilities, and uprooted about ten thousand trees.

The Commission said in its statement that the occupation authorities "carried out in the first half of this year 243 demolitions, during which they demolished 318 structures in the West Bank, including Jerusalem, and affected 632 people, including 292 children and 199 women."

"The enemy authorities issued 359 notices for the demolition of Palestinian facilities on the pretext of not being licensed." She pointed out that the enemy forces and settlers carried out 7,681 attacks, including 1,334 carried out by settlers, and caused the death of seven Palestinians.

She stressed that the authorities of the Zionist enemy studied, between deposit and approval, a total of 83 master plans for the expansion of settlements or the establishment of new settlements, including 39 plans in West Bank settlements and 44 plans for settlements in occupied Jerusalem.

The United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees (UNRWA) predicted that 250,000 Palestinians would be forced to flee Khan Younis again, despite the lack of a safe place in the besieged Gaza Strip on all sides.

UNRWA said in a post on Platform X last night that just weeks after forcing people to return to the devastated Khan Younis, the Zionist enemy authorities issued new evacuation orders for the area. "Once again families face forced displacement, and we estimate that 250,000 people will be forced to flee, even though there is no safe place in Gaza."

The enemy army intensified its bombardment of Khan Yunis in preparation for a new military operation that it threatened, while media reports spoke of a "difficult event" suffered by a Zionist force in the Gaza Strip. For hours, the eastern and southern areas of Khan Younis were hit by airstrikes and fire belts. Palestinian websites posted photos showing heavy shelling overnight.

And there is a terrifying outcome. The Palestinian Ministry of Education and Higher Education announced that 8,672 students were martyred and 14,583 injured since the start of the Zionist aggression on the seventh of October on the Gaza Strip and the occupied West Bank.

The ministry said in a statement on Tuesday: The number of students who were martyred in the Gaza Strip since the beginning of the aggression reached more than 8,572, and those injured to 14,089, while 100 students were martyred in the West Bank and 494 others were injured, in addition to the arrest of 349. She pointed out that 497 teachers and administrators were killed and 3,402 were injured in the Gaza Strip and the West Bank, and more than 109 were arrested in the West Bank.

It is noteworthy that this war on Gaza caused serious damage to the Zionist economy, and inflicted heavy financial losses on various economic and commercial sectors, markets and branches of work, due to the various economic measures and policies of Benjamin Netanyahu's government during this war.

The war caused nearly 250,000 Zionists to be evicted from their homes from the south and north — about 40 percent of whom have not yet returned home — where they were housed in 438 hotels and evacuation facilities, costing government ministries NIS 6.4 billion ($1.8 billion), according to data from the Zionist Ministry of Welfare and Tourism.

According to official media reports, the Zionist economy has been disrupted and suffered heavy losses, as data from Bank Israel and the Zionist Ministry of Finance showed that the cost of the war from the seventh of last October until the end of March 2024, amounted to more than 270 billion shekels (73 billion dollars).
