
SANA'A July 06. 2024 (Saba) - A meeting was held in the Youth and Sports Office in Sana'a province, which included directors of clubs in the Ministry of Youth and Sports Taha Taj al-Din, federations Wael al-Qurashi, and Youth and Sports Office in the province Abdulmohsen al-Sharif.
The meeting discussed ways to activate sports activities in the province's clubs and hold a football league during the next week with the participation of 11 of the province's clubs, from which the province's champion qualifies to compete with the province's champions, within the framework of revitalizing the provinces' sports clubs.
At the meeting, Taj al-Din stressed the importance of the role of Sana’a province clubs in activating sports activities, pointing out that the Ministry will spare no effort in supporting clubs to fulfill their role in activating the youth and sports movement.
In turn, al-Sharif called for activating the sporting, cultural and social activities of the clubs, and building the capabilities and skills of young people who are responsible for advancing the sports sector.
The Union branch in the province urged the establishment of a third-class club league, pointing out the importance of enhancing the performance of clubs and building coaches and referees to advance the sport of the province.
