NABLUS July 05. 2024 (Saba) - A number of Palestinian citizens suffered from suffocation on Friday, during confrontations with the Zionist enemy forces near Jabal Subeih in Beita town, south of Nablus.
Eyewitnesses said the confrontations broke out after enemy forces raided Mount Abu Sbeih and fired live bullets, rubber-coated metal bullets, stun grenades, and poisonous gas, which led to a number of citizens suffering from suffocation.
The people of Beita town had performed Friday prayers on the top of Mount Subeih at the invitation of the factional coordination committee in the town.
It is noteworthy that the occupation's mini-cabinet approved the legalization of the "Avitar" settlement outpost established on the mountain, along with four other settlement outposts in the West Bank.
Mount Subeih belongs to Beita and Qabalan towns and Yatma village, south of Nablus, and is witnessing peaceful popular resistance activities against the establishment of “Avitar” settlement outpost.
