RAYMAH July 04. 2024 (Saba) - The Zakat Office in Rima Governorate launched today the fourth mass wedding project for 160 grooms and brides, under the slogan "Together to protect youth and confront the soft war."
At the launch, the Director of the Zakat Office in the Governorate, Ali al-Nahari, explained that the office launched the distribution of cash amounts to the grooms totaling 64 million riyals, noting that the manifestations of joy for the mass wedding were canceled as a result of the crimes and genocide that the Palestinian people in the Gaza Strip are being subjected to by the occupying Zionist aggression.
He stressed the keenness to give the poor and needy their rights from zakat, to strengthen the bonds of brotherhood and enhance love in society, especially in light of the current conditions that the country is going through.
For his part, the Director of the General Postal Authority Office in the governorate, Khaled Al-Shawish, indicated that the office provides cash assistance to beneficiaries of the mass wedding project with ease according to the documents and controls approved at the level of the governorate center and directorates.
