SANA'A July 01. 2024 (Saba) - The caretaker Prime Minister, Dr. Abdulaziz Saleh bin Habtoor, discussed with the Minister of Education, Yahya Al-Houthi, the Minister of Technical Education and Vocational Training, Ghazi Al-Ahwal, the progress of preparations for the launch of the new academic year 1446 AH in all schools, community colleges, technical and training institutes.
The meeting focused on the plan of the two ministries for the coming year 1446 AH, and the priorities of the tasks before them, whether related to their balances regarding the national vision for building the modern Yemeni state or with regard to the teaching and administrative staff, providing books , curricula, and working to consolidate institutional stability.
The two ministers indicated that the two ministries have completed all arrangements for the launch of the academic year with the adoption of the academic calendar, which regulates the various processes related to the conduct of the academic year and the dates of examinations for the various educational levels.
They noted the level of care and support that the two ministries receive from the government leadership and their constant interaction with the various development projects and programs submitted by them.
Dr. Bin Habtoor praised all the tasks accomplished and the arrangements in place by the two ministries to launch the academic year 1446 AH, expressing his thanks and appreciation to the leadership of the two ministries , their various educational , training cadres and administrative staff for all the efforts made by them to stabilize the educational, pedagogical, technical and training process.
